DataMont IT INC. also does not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted marketing purposes.
DataMont IT INC. collects and maintains certain Sensitive Personal Information (SPI), including:
SPI is collected, used, and retained strictly as necessary to fulfill legal obligations, verify work eligibility, administer payroll, and maintain regulatory compliance.
We do not process SPI for secondary commercial profiling.
Our digital platforms, portals, and IT services are directed exclusively to business entities and adult workforce members aged eighteen (18) and older.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or retain personal information from individuals under sixteen (16) years of age.
DataMont IT INC. does not use automated profiling algorithms or artificial intelligence as the sole basis for making binding employment decisions, determining compensation, or evaluating candidates.
Human management oversight is maintained throughout staffing and workforce evaluation processes.
DataMont IT INC. maintains administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access or disclosure.

Personal and contractual information is retained for the duration of the applicable employment or client relationship.
Following that period, information may be retained for the statutory periods required under U.S. tax, immigration, and corporate audit regulations, including applicable DOL PAF requirements.
